I shouldn't have to cancel after the sale, and as Wilpower and others have pointed out the process of cancelling is not as smooth / problem free as you and cleverbridge would like to have us believe. If they can't (or won't) then perhaps you should start looking for another online sales partner. If they value doing business with Malwarebytes Corporation and if they are a good sales company then they should be flexible, responsive and be able to deliver tailored solutions based on their clients individual needs. They handle sales on your behalf - you are the client. Simply add a checkbox at the checkout which people can 'untick' if they do not want it to auto-renew - I'm quite sure it is within the ability of cleverbridge to do so. It is an underhand marketing tactic to force everyone into auto-renewal at point-of-sale.
